For poster presenters

On Thursday 16 May, the DARIAH Marketplace poster session takes place from 12:30-14:00. Presenters are kindly requested to bring their posters with them to the registration desk on Wednesday, so that we can put them all up during the Thursday morning coffee break. Posters will remain on the boards throughout the day to generate exposure even after the poster session. The recommended size for the posters is A1.

For paper presenters

The parallel paper sessions take place on Thursday 16 May from 16:00-17:00. The exact format of the paper sessions depends on the type and amount of papers assigned to a single session. Your session chair will contact you to discuss the course of your session in more detail.

Flyer desk

We kindly invite attendees to bring promotional materials to the event (e.g. about Working Group activities, project information leaflets, etc.). A flyer desk will be situated next to the registration desk.
